- How much help is included?
- The family plan includes 60 new questions each month, shared across your family. The free account includes 10. Follow-up clues on the same question stay together as one session. Short-term request limits apply.
- When does the allowance refresh?
- Every month, including on the yearly plan. Unused monthly questions do not roll over. Purchased packs stay available while your account remains open.
- What happens after the 5 free questions?
- A parent or guardian can create a free family account. Free questions already used count toward its first month’s allowance; they are not an extra allowance on top.
- Why do science and pictures need a plan or pack?
- Science help leans on labeled pictures, and a picture costs far more to make than a written clue. So science comes with the family plan or a question pack, and each requested picture uses one question. The free account covers math and writing.
- What if we need more?
- Choose a 20-question pack: $1.99 with an active family plan, or $2.99 without one. We never buy a pack or charge for extra use automatically.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Open Manage plan in your family account. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. After cancelling, access continues through the period you paid for. See the terms for refunds and billing details.
